I was hoping for as good a Roster as I was lucky enough to get with GST's very first league, since this was basically a copy of it. I probably did too. We had a couple of GST Regulars join us for some good old fashion Baseball Competition! This league was a door into the Pro Ranks for the GST Amateurs. That didn't happen, but a lot of good Entry Level GMs HAVE gone on to become GST Regulars from here!

Championship Playoff Finish: 1. Beer Crew 2. Fightin Phils 3. Queenz Kard Sharks 4. Day Dreamers 5. Braves 2011 6. The Real Mariano 7. Dr. Whipple 8. Titan Tom
Only now when I look back on it, and let it really sink in, can I truly appreciate WHAT a Great Group I got this inaugural year. How DIFFERENT GST would be today without this great bunch having penetrated every league GST offers! Several have already appeared in the Tournament of Champions, and others are bound to get there soon!! The year's competition should have been noted as a precursor to things to come. The competition was FANTASTIC, as you can see by my finish. That may also be City of Champions worst finish ever also. The Top Win% was NOWHERE NEAR .600% and the 20th Place team had a .414 and my Win% in 18th Place was .472! I'll say that AGAIN -- the 18th Place team had a .472 Win%!! Will you ever see that again, or even hear about such a thing --- NEVER!

2012 -- We lost some GST Top Dogs and enlisted others. It would be hard to follow the inaugural year, but we were set to do so!
Regular Season Finish: 1. Spin Doctors 2. Titan Tom 3. Queen Kard Sharks 4. Baller32 5. Dr. Mr. Fantasy 6. City of Champions 7. Tabasco Pepper Sauce 8. Glassbreakers (Commish) 9. Screwballs 10. Championship Playoff Finish: 1. Queen Kard Sharks 2. Baller 32 3. Spin Doctors 4. Tabasco Pepper Sauce 5. City of Champions 6. Glassbreakers 7. Dear Mr. Fantasy 8. Titan Tom
I always remember this league, this year as the year Kard Sharks finally broke through -- fulfilled his hype -- and overcame the weirdness to become the loved GM he is today. He returned and accomplished his Championship in a year the competition was EVERY BIT as tough as last year, if not WAY MORE SO. I'm not joking -- the Lowest Win% was .452 and the 17th Place Team had a .473! Neither Regular Season or Playoff Champion even got to .550 Win%. It was basically a 20 Team NEAR TIE!!

2013 -- Without Kard Sharks (absent throughout GST) it seemed like the competition went down, it didn't, but it WAS much QUIETER.
Regular Season Finish: 1. Moonam 2. Braves 2011 3. Glassbreakers (Commish) 4. Spin Doctors 5. Cubs Fan Forever 6. City of Champions 7. Day Dreamers 8. Montreal Royals 9. Big Stick 10. Baller 32 11. Screwballs 12. Titan Tom 13. Sloandogs 14. Dominicans2013 15. Nomar Mr. Nice Guy 16. Cobra Kai 17. AZN Hommerz 18. Zoo Medic 19. Coppers Team 20. Rosterbaton
Championship Playoffs Finish: 1. Braves 2011 2. Montreal Royals 3. City of Champions 4. Cubs Fan Forever 5. Day Dreamers 6. Moonam 7. Spin Doctors 8. Glassbreakers
I'll remember this year as the year Braves (HOF) broke through! He quickly has become a Top GST Regular, making his way into the Tournament of Champions in Consecutive Years! The year itself was Very Competitive once again, with the highest Win% WAY BELOW .600! Again a free-for-all at the end, even if not quite as much as years past.

2014 -- Kard Sharks was back, and everything seemed to be Back to Normal in here once again. We lost City of Champions due to his marriage and new child though.
Regular Season Finish: 1. Braves 2011 2. The Duda Abides 3. Big Stick 4. Dominicans 5. Glassbreakers (Commish) 6. Titan Tom 7. Baller 32 8. Kard Sharks 9. Montreal Royals 10. Day Dreamers 11. Nomar Mr. Nice Guy 12. Yankees in 7 13. Brgrman's Ballers 14. Screwballs 15. DC Cubs 16. Spin Doctors 17. California Chrome 18. Coppers Team 19. Cobra Kai 20. Israeli Bombers
Championship Playoff Finish: 1. The Duda Abides 2. Dominicans 3. Titan Tom 4. Kard Sharks 5. Big Stick 6. Glassbreakers 7. Baller 32 8. Braves 2011
New Faces!! Braves shone once again during the Regular Season, but any league where the #1 team comes Last in the Playoffs shows you just how Competitive the league really is. The competitive level of this league was really high once again, as the Winning Win% was barely over .550 and the 18th Place Team had a Win% of .461. It was crazy at the end as always. Another telling sign is when you have several teams in the bottom half who won Big Money in other Upper Level GST Leagues, at least one heading to the Tournament of Champions!

2015 -- Same Old Crew back again! This league has turned out to be 1 of GST's most loyal!
Regular Season Finish: 1. Montreal Royals 2. Day Dreamers 3. Kard Sharks 4. Braves 2011 5. Nomar Mr. Nice Guy 6. Titan Tom 7. DCC Cubs 8. Yankees in 7 9. Israeli Bombers 10. Middletown Raiders 11. Sandlot Bums 12. Eville Elite 13. Grateful Red 14. Baller 32 15. California Chrome 16. Brgrman's Ballers 17. Spin Doctors (Commish) 18. Spin Doctors 19. Chicks Like Long Wong 20. Screwballs
We started off with Trading controversy, but finally got around that. Titan Tom looked liked he would run away early, but it wasn't to be. Montreal Royals backed his Regular Season Championship by Dominating the Playoffs, a league first! OTHER than Montreal Royals set of Dominating Playoff Wins -- the rest of all the Playoff Competitions were Very Close! What a difference a year makes, as the Top 4 Seeds finished in that exact order -- a rarity in GST!
High Win%: .570 Low Win%: .437
