Draft Pick Trading is available with Yahoo software if the Commissioner "enables" it for all leagues other than Auction Draft Leagues.
It will be available for all GST non-Auction Leagues, except GST A (Beginner) League during the pre-season -- and will continue all season for Pro (pay) Keeper Leagues (only). During the season Draft Pick Trading will REQUIRE BOTH participants to PRE-PAY their next season Entry Fees or have their trade disallowed. Draft Pick Trades are NOT subject to the GST Veto Process.
Be aware: you can trade draft picks, but EVERY team must end up with the same exact amount of draft picks, even though some teams might have more than one draft pick per round. What this means to you is that Draft Pick Trades are on a 1 for 1, 2 for 2, etc. availability only. (i.e. 1st round for 2nd round or 1st and 10th round for 2nd and 6th round are OK, but NOT uneven like 1st round for 2nd AND 3rd round).

If draft pick trading is allowed in GST Leagues, please enable this in the scoring & setting section by click YES to Allow Draft Pick Trades.

Not everybody checks your GST website and currently most of your GST leagues say NO to Allowing Draft Pick Trades in the Scoring & Setting section.

There is a Big Difference between Draft Pick Trading (settings), where teams are trading for Next Year's Draft Positions and the Age-Old Tradition of Trading Draft Picks "On the Fly" during a draft. Currently only GST Keeper Leagues allow Official Draft Pick Trading. GST has no policy on trading draft picks "on the fly".
