Streaming is an age old proven strategy coming from the design of Yahoo public leagues. You are perfectly fine to stream to your heart's content (except possibly 7x7, ProLimited). In GST you will find there are many forms of streaming, but streaming will just be another strategy--with no real advantage, PERFORMANCE will always be the telling factor in the end.
Because GST allows, even ENCOURAGES, all strategies--you will sometimes find extreme differences in the number of moves used by individual teams. Depending on chance, in any particular league, you may be influenced by how successful a certain team is in making a lot (or little) moves--but the track record of GST is PROVEN, both strategies are EQUAL in GST.
As GST is conducive to unlimited strategies, GST "Regulars" have seen it all and welcome the competition!

VERY TRUE HARRY AND FOR SURE CAN COST YOU ALOT IF YOU MAKE TO MANY SOME WEEKS AND CAN HELP IN OTHER AREAS,BUT OVERALL I THINK STREAMING IS A VERY EQUAL TOOL,IN BASEBALL FOR SURE STREAMING #4 PITCHERS CAN COST A TEAM ALOT OF LOSES ERA AND WHIP MIGHT PICK UP A FEW MORE STRIKEOUTS BUT BELIEVE ME NOT TO MANY MORE AGAINST A TEAM WITH QUALITY PITCHING.

streaming is where a team tries to win by throwing an extreme amount of pitchers during the week (or season, in some cases, such as points or rotis leagues)
